AMCC 2025 Strategic Priorities
The Association of Maintenance Contractors of Canada (AMCC) is pleased to announce the board approval of our strategic priorities for 2025. This ambitious set of initiatives is designed to elevate industry standards, enhance member engagement, and ensure workforce stability, reflecting our dedication to advancing the maintenance and construction industry across Canada.
Key Strategic Focus Areas:
Labour Relations and Workforce Stability: Continuing our commitment to robust labour relations, we will offer regular training sessions and workshops focusing on the latest practices and collective agreement applications.
Industry Partnerships and Conferences: 2025 will see AMCC strengthen its industry presence through key partnerships and active participation in significant events, including hosting the Second Annual Maintenance Industry Symposium on November 24.
Advocacy: Our advocacy will drive crucial discussions on labour relations, regulatory shifts, and mental health initiatives. Notable efforts will include finalizing the Advisory Panel's Discussion Paper and promoting mental health awareness through our collaboration with the Building Trades of Alberta with their Building Resiliency program.
Member Engagement and Communications: We will continue to engage members and stakeholders through newsletters, social media updates and an annual member survey.
Internal Operations and Governance: Strengthening our board leadership through governance training and succession planning, while enhancing financial oversight are priorities to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of our strategic objectives in 2025 and beyond.
