Since the December 2 introduction at our first annual industry symposium, the AMCC Advisory Panel has been actively engaged with key industry players to explore and discuss various strategic improvements and innovative practices across the sector.

We have conducted discussions with Ontario Power Generation, British Columbia Power and Hydro Authority, Bruce Power, and North American Building Trades Unions covering a wide range of topics. These have included enhancements in supply chain management, maintenance strategies, emergency response, contractor performance, safety standards, operational excellence, labour strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and the integration of technology and automation.

Through these consultations, the panel has gathered essential insights on leadership and workforce development, standardization and accountability in contractor management, as well as the importance of regulatory and legislative engagement.
