I have had the pleasure of collaborating and working with our contracting partners over the last fifteen years and am excited thinking about the great things our organizations will be able to accomplish moving forward with the formation of the Association of Maintenance Contractors of Canada. AMCC will streamline the communication process between the GPMC/NMC and the employers making our interactions smoother and more efficient. The contract maintenance industry is diverse, continually changing, and difficult to maneuver through. With the AMCC acting as the liaison for the employers, they will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong working relationships required for the betterment of our industry. Being aligned and tackling the difficult issues while knowing that our industry partner AMCC is there standing shoulder to shoulder with us will prove to be a game-changer for our industry. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead.
