Best Practices in Collective Agreement Management
AMCC is pleased to officially launch a unique training program Driving Collaboration: Best Practices in Collective Agreement Management. The Association unveiled this new initiative – specifically designed to cater to the unique needs of member organizations – at the CAM Industrial Solutions Managers Conference in Calgary last month.
Labour Relations Best Practices
The inaugural session, focused on Labour Relations best practices and was met with enthusiasm and interest from members. This first glimpse served as a teaser, providing a preview of the customized training package that will be tailored to meet the needs of individual organizations, and to any level within the organization: from site management to c-suite.
AMCC understands that effective Labour Relations is crucial for the success of maintenance contractors, and the AMCC team is dedicated to equipping members with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in this area. Under the leadership of Acting President, Shandra Linder, AMCC is gearing up for the next training session scheduled for March 7 in collaboration at the Leadership Excellence Training for Connect Group Inc.
Custom Sessions to Meet Members’ Needs
One of the unique features of the training is the customization to meet the specific needs of each organization. AMCC invites all member companies to reach out and discuss areas their needs. This work underscores AMCC’s willingness to providing not just standardized training but a tailored experience that directly addresses the challenges and goals of each organization. Workshops can be tailored to any level within the organization, and AMCC is also available to connect with the owners to share knowledge and strategic advice.
The launch of Driving Collaboration: Best Practices in Collective Agreement Management is a testament to AMCC’s unwavering commitment to providing valuable resources and insights to members. “As we move forward, we encourage you to stay connected, participate actively, and take full advantage of the opportunities that our training programs bring to your organization. Together, we can elevate the maintenance contracting industry in Alberta to new heights,” Shandra Linder, AMCC Acting President.
