Earlier this month, AMCC members came together in Sherwood Park to review and discuss the Advisory Panel Paper: One Industry. One Workforce. One Future. The session was designed to gather member insight and align priorities for AMCC’s 2026 business plan.

The workshop followed a multi-step engagement process that included pre-event interviews, a member survey, and an interactive half-day session featuring presentations, digital polling, and breakout discussions on key themes identified in the paper.

Facilitators guided members through collaborative exercises designed to capture real-time input on where AMCC should focus its efforts in the years ahead. The process was both candid and constructive, reflecting the strong engagement and shared commitment of member companies to shaping the industry’s future.

Based on the depth and quality of member participation, the AMCC Board is now positioned to review and prioritize the paper’s recommendations. These priorities will form the foundation of AMCC’s 2026 Strategic Objectives.

Once established, Action Committees, comprised of representatives from member companies and industry experts, will be created to advance these objectives throughout the coming year.
