AMCC was pleased to see the Prime Minister Carney’s announcement of Canada’s new major projects list. Together, these projects represent transformative, nation-building investments that will strengthen our economy, create thousands of good jobs, and ensure our infrastructure keeps pace with the demands of future growth.

Significantly, two members of AMCC’s Advisory Panel — Sean Strickland, Executive Director of Canada’s Building Trades Unions, and Robert Kucheran, Chair of Canada’s Building Trades Unions — stood with the Prime Minister during this milestone announcement. Their presence reflects the strong support of Canada’s skilled trades, contractors, and project owners in advancing our country’s infrastructure future.
